Activation: There will be a one-time activation fee per wireless
handset/device. A 12 month service agreement is required. A termination fee
of $200.00 will be charged if terminated early.

call rings or is answered) through the termination of the call. Airtime is
billed by rounding up to the next full minute. All allocated airtime minutes
must be used in the month provided and do not carry over. Airtime quoted is

assessments and tolls. A twelve (12) month service agreement is required. An
activation fee will be charged for each line of service. Each incoming and
outgoing AOL instant message will decrease the number of text messages by
one.While most instant messages and command functions will decrease the
number of text message by one, some incoming messages and command functions
will be returned as more than one message. AIM sign-on and sign-off commands
will not be billed. Delivery attempts expire after 1 hour; no delivery
outside of North American GSM coverage area. 2-way instant text message can

nationwide digital roaming! Use your phone anywhere on the US GSM network;
call anyone in the US. It's all included in your regular plan!

Credit approval and one year written service agreement required with $200
fee for early termination. Weekends are defined as midnight Fri. through
midnight Sun. All minutes include free long distance and roaming anywhere on
the GSM digital network in the United States. Customer billing address must
be within a T-Mobile market. Free long distance is not available for
calls which require a credit card or operator assistance to complete. At
least 10% of the number of calls made or received must be made within the
customer's home T-Mobile market or T-Mobile may modify or terminate
the customer's account without notice. Calls made outside of your home
coverage area may not be reported to T-Mobile until the following month.
Such calls will be counted during the billing cycle reported, which will
reduce the total monthly minutes available for use under your plan. Not
available for calls which require a credit card or operator assistance to
complete. Incoming and outgoing calls are rounded up and billed in full
minute increments from the time the network begins to process the call
(before the call rings or is answered)through its termination of the call.

Additional FamilyTime information: The Family Time Plan allows
customers to have two lines of service for $69.99 and receive 800 Whenever
minutes, unlimited weekend minutes and Unlimited Family Time minutes
(T-Mobile to T-Mobile minutes). Up to 3 additional lines of service
may be purchased for $10.00 per line of service with a $25.00 activation fee
per line of service. These minutes will pool between all subscribers on the
account. Note: Calls will be rated as T-Mobile to T-Mobile only if the
originator is calling from a T-Mobile digital network to another
T-Mobile subscriber. |
