Return Policy |
Return Period:
14 day return policy from the date the service was
activated. Not the date which you received the device.
30 day return policy for residents of the state of California.
Return Process:
In order to return your wireless device you must
complete the following;
- Contact YourWirelessService at 800-632-9810 to notify us of your desire to return your device.
- Call T-Mobile customer care at 800-937-8997 to cancel your service. You are responsible for canceling your service. If you do not cancel your service within the return period you will be charged all applicable cancellation fees.
- Your device must be in "like new" condition with all of the original packaging, brochures, manuals, and accessories in the box and in "like new" condition. If you have cut the bottom off of the box for the rebate, you will not be able to return your device. Any device which does not meet these requirements will be returned to the end user.
- Download the RMA form from the following link, fill it out, and fax it to 513-792-4272 Attn: Wireless Division

DO NOT MAIL YOUR DEVICE TO US UNTIL YOU RECEIVE YOUR RMA NUMBER
- Upon receiving your RMA number, please follow the instructions we send you in the e-mail in order to return you device.
Applicable Fees:
If you cancel your service during your return period and properly complete the RMA process you will not be charged an activation fee or a cancellation fee. You will be billed a partial charge for the amount of time you did have service.

Discounted devices require a new voice and / or data activation. You will never have to mail-in a rebate to take advantage of our pricing. You may want to send in the available rebates to make extra money, but it is not required.
